Double and single rooms available. Also one triple room. Tram stop 52 at doorstep (Route 86). 10 minutes to LaTrobe Uni. 20 minutes to Bundoora RMIT & all TAFE NMIT's nearby. Available early Feb 2010. Fully furnished rooms and house. Beautiful and very comfortable rooms. Ducted heating, dishwasher, laundry facilities. Colour TV in each room with remote. Very clean and well secured. New curtains, prints on walls, new furniture, includes internet. Includes linen, doonas, blankets, pillows. Fully equipped kitchen with cutlery, glasses, mugs, plates, toasters, microwave, kettle. 5 minutes to Northlands, 5 mins to Summerhill Shopping centre, 10 mins to Preston market and Preston Public library & all other amenities (walk to Pizza shop, noodles shop, Fish N Chips, Bakery, Pub/Bistro Restaurant, Post Office, chemist, hairdresser, dry cleaners), even a cafe next door for best lattes!!

Rates:

สวัสดีค่ะ ยินดีที่ได้รู้จักทุกคนนะค่ะ เรากำลังจะไปเรียนภาษาที่La trobe แล้วก้อจะเรียนต่อ MIB เพื่อนๆคนไหนกำลังจะมาเรียนบ้าง ช่วยแนะนำตัวหน่อยแล้วเพื่อนๆคนไหนที่เรียนแล้วช่วยเล่าประสบการณ์ให้ฟังหน่อยค่ะ เพราะกำลังจะไปเรียนภาษาต้นเดือนพฤจิกานี้แล้วค่ะ

สวัสดีค่า เรากำลังจะไปเรียนที่ La Trobe จะเริ่มเรียน 4 ม.ค. 2010 นี้ แต่จะบินไปก่อนซัก 1-2 อาทิตย์ แต่ยังไม่ได้ที่พักเลยค่า ขอคำแนะนำจากคนที่อยู่ก่อนหน่อยค่า ที่พักของยูก็แพงเกินค่า อยากได้ที่ไม่เกิน week ละ 150 ค่า ขอบคุณล่วงหน้าค่า sukamon_m@hotmail.com

หวัดดีครับ ยินดีที่ได้รู้จักทุกคนนะครับ ผมกำลังจะไปเรียนภาษาที่ลาโทรป แล้วก็จะเรียน LLM Global Business Law ต่อเพื่อนๆคนไหนเรียนอยู่บ้าง ขอคำแนะนำและมาเล่าประสบการณ์ให้ฟังบ้างนะครับ ตอนนี้ยังไม่มีที่พักเลย อยากได้ใกล้ๆยูอะครับ มีใครเเนะนำได้ไหมครับ
