i'm studying in Rosso too. firstly, nice to meet you. well, i'm studying TELL you might know it means general english and i pretty like the teaching style of this school. about looking for a job, i've already said in the comment before. about the accommodation, i think you must be staying with a homestay in the first month, but if you wanna know about the share house, i would like to say it's many way to find one such as notices in the school or on the internet (someone has already posted that you can check) and you can decide what types of rooms do you want (share room or singer room) where do you wanna live (city or suburb). you will know it much more than i said when you come here. from my experience, the students who study DEEP course quite difficult to find a job because they study in the afternoon until evening but usually the restaurant open at 4.30pm, so it's not appropriate time. anyway, it's not 100% to be like that, some restaurants allow you to work on weekends.

Hello guys! I'm going to study at James Cook University/ Brisbane on 19 Nov 09. And before, I will take an English course at Sarina Rosso School about 10 weeks. I would like to talk to friends who are studying at the same school or university with me.I need some advices about housing or room there. And also how to get job there?

เรื่องงานแล้วแต่ดวงอ่ะค่ะ คิดว่านะค่ะ
ของฟ้าเองก็ใช้เวลา เดือนหนึ่ง
บางคนก็ใช้เวลาแค่อาทิตย์เดียว
มันอยู่ที่รู้จักคนเยอะไหมด้วยค่ะ
เพราะเขาก็จะช่วยบอกต่อๆกันไป
ความเป็นอยู่กับการใช้ชีวิตก็เหมือนที่เมลเบิลเลยค่ะ
